Breathe

All you need to do is take a breath.
Breathe a little bit,
For you need breath to live.
Sometimes life may paralyze you.
But take a deep breath.
-Exhale-
Start over, have different thoughts,
Allow your mind to start over.
Give yourself the time you need to heal.
Allow yourself to feel,
But allow yourself to move on.
Don’t dwell on what cannot be changed.
-Breathe-
Tomorrow is a new day.
Every day is a new day.
Don’t allow yourself to be
Paralyzed in a moment.
You are not stuck.
Moments pass.
They do not last forever.
Bad times will pass.
Breathe and move on.
It’s the only way to be happy.
