Come to me in the darkness of the night;
come in a diaphanous misty dream;
come with lips full and eyes sea blue and bright
as a sun dappled stream_
Come back my love,
oh, come back to me from above.
Oh, memories so sweet, sweet, so bittersweet,
and in sleep I find heaven's paradise,
where all my family one day- I will meet;
where my love is frozen like ice_
God, opens the gold gate,
that golden gate that is my fate.
Yes, come to me in dreams my love, my love
to caress like we did before your death:
come back to me in dreams to kiss my love
skin to skin, breath to breath_
Whisper to me words,
then, let them fly away like birds.
