Breath and Belief
On the search for meaning and the simplicity of meditation.
I tried the church.
I tried the forest.
I snuck into your temple,
So that I might try to live again.
I sought the voice of reason,
And went down upon my knees.
But when I paused to listen,
I heard nothing but my breath.
