Breast Feeding the Serpent
It is a common thing in my open free village
a land of unforgettable realities of nobodies
in which selected men and women have breasts
by which a huge serpent is fed on milk
The serpent is fat and silly with milk from men
and smooth with milk and cheese from women
shining bodies and swollen chicks weigh kilograms
as it drives its way to way to reception centers
But this serpent is dangerous and heartless
it consumes up small men, women and children
those without big milky breasts to feed it
drained and dry they move on the serpent’s land
Yes. I see those with small dry breasts weeping
and their offspring on miserable bare feet
forced to sit behind empty desks in classrooms
with a future that can only be forged and faked
And without shame and care the breast-feeders
wrap themselves in linen clothing from overseas
eat beef from faraway lands and rice with chopsticks
to yield rich milk to breast feed the cruel serpent
