Break-Up
I tried my best to protect the bond...
That was with pure sentiments donned...
Although everything was going tough...
The last thing I needed was a break-up...!
But all my efforts went in vain...
Bringing tears & reasons of pain....
I tried my best but....oh...alas,
I could clean just one side of the glass....!
I was not able to wipe or hide...
The specks & dust on the other side....
And as you thought you had enough....
The time was ripe for a break-up...!
And then I realized how years spent....
Tend to seem sordid for an ugly moment...
And often a minute has the spine...
To break the creations of aeons of Time...
But now that it is finally over...
The shadows & sentiments no more hover...
It is only good for you & me...
To be strangers for ever without link any....!
