Breaking Free

Trembling in fear I feel him coming near
Disguised by his action and repulsed by his language
I keep it nonchalant so he won't know my plans
I feel like a dog bond by chains, I have no one to blame but myself
I put myself in this situation, as if I owed him my life I was obedient
But time slows when your near death, I have eons to think
And I've came to the conclusion, I want to be free! From these shackles
You call love I AM A WOMEN I realize now I don't need you!
I can stand on my own two feet, I say this now when your not home
But by the time you read this I'll be gone, starting my new life as a
independent women.

Strong, empowering words. If this was reality for you then Congratulations on finding your strength. A worthy 7 in my eyes.
