Breakfast On Nectar

Bright red geraniums light up my balconies Foxgloves exquisite in peach Sunflowers smile at me all the while Nasturtiums tiptoe in between in all shades of orange and auburn and red Whilst sweet smelling lavender so beautifully blue Bee’s breakfast on nectar loving these too Pink and red and yellow roses their delicate perfume wafts in the breeze oh how I do love these Each morning my spirit is lifted such joys Mother Nature has gifted bright vivid colors light up my day doth truly take my breath away Written 24 June 2022 wishing you could see these colors too... Such a lovely colourful piece Ann, shows nice rhyme and flow with good imagery too. Hope you're coping with the heat down south, it's not as warm up here as today was 25c so it's quite pleasant here. Have a blessed day,Gordon xx

This, I hope, dear Ann becomes a POTD. Obviously a favorite for this heart. And first place for sure, I see coming, Totally exquisite imagery...from a talent. A unique poet. Do not worry that we cannot see it. As a poet, you painted it with words. You are an artist with words of the most unique kind. Love you, Panagiota and Queen Irene xxxxx

Thank you so much dear Sam. Yes to sit amongst the flowers is such a joy and so exciting when a new bud appears ~ fills my eyes with joyous tears. Bless you Sam for your inspiring words. With kindest thoughts Ann xx
