Breakfast Menu

Broken arms hold a baby chewed in leprosy,
Black rain covers slit wrists,
Birthdays are rehearsals for Funerals.

The heart is a rapist

fate a faded color.

there just isn't enough candles
to go around
for the man
who stays
drunk
forever.
