Years ago I had a near death experience that left me haunted for a long
time. I was very sick and in hospital, in what seemed a dream I was in a
green forest and I could hear my name being called ... it was my dead
mother calling me, I had my physical mind and body but mother was just
a voice, I began running until I woke up and was told I almost died and
from that experience I knew there was a life beyond this realm.
Who are we, well, we are made up of air and water
and we depend on the universe's Ecosystem and sun to exist.
We are ego with skin, perhaps we come from the universe just
like the trees.
Our essence goes beyond soul and higher self, it is an
infinite vibrating and cosmic heartbeat in time and space that
few of us ever access. Few can break the mirror.
What is our purpose and why are we here, is it to observe,
to realize our potential on earth and do things worthwhile.
We are creatures of reality. We are born, we live and we die.
I was brought up in the Roman Catholic religion, it was
drilled into me as a child, the prayers, the scriptures and rituals.
In my adult life I have searched for religion but keep coming
back to the religion of my childhood because it feels like home.
