Bread Glorious Bread

Croissant making
Bread baking
Yeast slaking
Crust caking
Bread

Potato
Pumpernickel
Whole wheat
Enriched white
Bread

The smell of it
You will have a fit
Fresh from the oven
Your Grandma’s apron
Your mother’s way of buttering it
There is nothing more heavenly-tasting in the world.
Bread!

I do cheat, however, with good pumpernickel, oat, and Ezekiel breads – provided they contain no corn syrup, etc. / M Login to Reply Caren Krutsinger Date: 10/9/2018 7:23:00 AM I am such a bread-eater, that we usually toss out a 40 gallon garbage bag full of the extra bread to the birds once or twice a month. I never know which bread I am going to want when I want it.
