Breach

for a moment i am defenseless
i am vulnerable, without guard
in this time my emotions are mortal
for this second i may be scarred

this wall of apathy i've erected
cannot withstand your smile
your eyes like fire, my only weakness
leave me as helpless as a child

struggling vainly to regain my composure
to rebuild my wall, my facade
but your weapon, your smile proves too effective
with a touch like the Finger of God
