Bowl of Cereal
Breakfast calls the hungry in stomach-
Before you stir,
Remember this old west saying,
California,
Land of the bowl of cereal.
Thinking of me,
In all this barley.
Just say I am one of the many nuts,
Mixed in with the fruits & flakes,
Two scoops of dried up raisins.
Cup full of sugar,
Along with dates.
No bananas,
Cup full already,
Monkeys only make things alittle too wield down here.
Madness poetry reading?
Come on up,
Live here for awhile.
I thought so-
They say in Los Angeles,
One can get away with anything.
This explain this poetic insanity ink.
So when you rekindle the spoon,
Morning feasting,
Think of me,
Listen closely,
Little Closer please.
That's it!
I'll be the one shouting,
"Snack"
"Crackle"
"Pop"
