Bottom of the Mountain
I am at the bottom of the mountain
Waiting to get to the top
The top no one controls but me
I am at the bottom of the mountain
With two decisions
Turn back from the mountain and hide
Or face the challeneges of the mountain I control
I am at the bottom of a new mountain
With two decisions one to leave and one to continue
Continue a path of troubles and tribulation and enjoy at the top
Or walk away and enjoy
I am at the bottom of a mountain
I chose to climb
A mountain with no ending
A mountain I end
I am at the bottom of the mountain
Where the top feels a million miles away
Yet is so close to me
I am at the bottom of a mountain
About to begin a journey
A journey of lessons
Of falls
Of failures
Of slips
I am at the bottom about to begin
With the top not in sight
The journey is what
Leads me from bottom to top
