Both sides of the cassette
the one that’s labeled ‘B’
I want to hear it all;
I will be your shoulder
let love be your downfall;
Both sides of the cassette
can I feel your silence?
Your refrain I will learn
so I can understand,
speaking when it’s my turn;
Both sides of the cassette
the atomic anger
endurance will relax;
Gentle hands a rough kiss
complimentary tracks;
Both sides of the cassette
over the course of time
pieces may unravel,
very delicately
I’ll heal with a pencil.
