Booze Bucket

Strut flaunting your twisted desire,
Chasing lowlifes I burning like fire.
Pick addicts, but I’m not your type,
Head held high, it cuts like a knife.
Love’s a joke, you crave a gutter’s parade,
Rolling with junkies, your sense is frayed.
You the diamond rolled in dirt and grime,
Could have been yours but you are blind.
A world full of men, you choose to be led,
Passed me up for a loser instead.
Flaunt a joke like a trophy in the light,
I soar while you sink in your plight.
Your taste’s a disaster, a sad broken tune,
Trade your dreams for a night in perfume.
Calling you out like a thief in the night,
There’s no bling that can cover your plight.
It’s tragic, you trade love for the mess,
To see how often you settle for less
Beaten down can’t lift your eyes to the sun,
Stuck in shadows, makes me want to eat a gun
Here’s to life you gave up for the low,
Flaunting your tastes, reap what you sow.
Keep your poisoned mind, I leave and reign,
I’ll have class, you will drown in shame
Traded for a booze bucket what a waste,
Now you’re alone nothing but bad taste,
Could’ve had me, but you chose the fool,
His whiskey life took you to school.
Danced to his melody, twisted and obscene,
Thought you’d have paradise, you have a routine,
Party's over and the throne is just a pile,
Ashes and echoes, even you can’t smile.
You were a queen but you settled for a drunk,
Life’s a sad movie, you are stuck in the trunk,
Five dollar memories smoke in your mind,
Watched your decisions; you were so blind.
You chose survival in the arms of a wreck,
You stand in ruins, what did you expect?
Would have been the guy who treated you right,
Instead, you embraced the darkness and night.
I raise a glass to the ghost of your dreams,
I hope you wallow in regret, and it seems,
I'll rise from ashes, you’ll just be a host
I build a future, you’ll fade like a ghost.
Turned me down, deck the halls with regrets,
Lost a good man for a life full of threats,
Look in the mirror, what do you see,
A dumb woman or what could have been?
Oy, huh.
Traded for a booze bucket what a waste,
Now you’re alone nothing but bad taste,
Cut!
Traded for a booze
Traded for a booze bucket
Traded for a booze
Traded for a booze bucket
