Book of Memories

While living in the present I am hit with a book of memories.
In my mind these thoughts of the past all come back so fast.
Each moment of yesterday has it's own place in my mind.
Soon I find the moments I want back and the ones that I wish I never had.
There were friends I always needed and people who drove me mad.
Some of the memories are so good and others just as bad.
Then there are those dreams of love in the past that are so good, they have become nightmares because I don't know why I left everything that I had.
