Boogie Woogie With Jesus

I told Jesus the devil
is coming for me
and will be sending me to hell

And Jesus said...
Let us Boogie Woogie

He stood with me and we
shook our hips
and kicked our legs
and we boogie woogied

Don't you worry about the devil
he said
You are safe with me
Let us Boogie Woogie

So I forgot about the dark abyss
and I spun around and twirled with Jesus
We smiled and danced
and we boogie woogied

He then said, Exclaim with me
God is our Father
and Heaven is our steadfast home
Let us Boogie Woogie

I'll never forget that dance we had
and how he made me so very glad
seems like we twisted and turned forever
and we boogie woogied
