Bond With Me

I want to communicate directly, not with words
Words lack the substance, with which I long to captivate you now

I want to hold and touch you, press my body against you
I want you to touch me, crave for me, from the depths of your soul
Hold my flesh so tightly, oh, how I yearn for you now

Where are you? Not within sight to see me
And I cannot see you, can neither hold nor touch you
And you cannot hear me, no matter the distance
Arrows and daggers, none can pierce you now

And I want you, I really, really want to
Matters not what you bring, let this breath not go to waste
In death, find my place, and even then, shall I place, my heart, in those hands

Feel the depth of this ocean, seemingly calm and wide and deep
Yet beneath stirs this fear, and these tears, as my heart leaks for you now
