   Bold is his vision
     as he navigates curves
   Scales mountains, fords streams
     with effortless nerve

   Behind the mask, a lie
     eyes, fountains of tears
   Shine, Sincerity! Shield! 
     the rest of his gear

Like John said Gerson. Great Leaders have characteristics like these and they sometimes deal with the stresses that come with the job and deal with it on their terms. Hope I got this one right my friend... Thanks for sharing...

There are probably many like this. They seem rugged, courageous, knowledgable, etc… but the rest of their gear is hidden from public viewing.
