Boil 'Till Red

Salt a mess of fresh blue crabs
Steamed in a beer broth,
with onions and Old Bay spice.
Mix vinegar with
Worcestershire sauce.
Pick, dip, eat.
Treat!

note: Have plenty of cold beer and paper towels on hand!

I can safely say I've never eaten this kind of thing, but I'd give it a go. I like the sound of beer being in there!

So glad your tasty recipe got recognized, Rob. Could this be done without the "beer"? I love the other ingredients. Thanks for stopping by my work, too. Congratulations on your success in Sara's contest. Love, Carolyn

Rob, you brought back memories of what it was like to see those crabs turn red in the huge boiling pot. Sounds like a recipe for success in Caol's contest! Love, Carolyn
