Body Language
I try to hide every feeling
pushing each desire down as I breathe;
I dance around each touch I can’t take;
Aching to make a move, my hands shake;
Do you taste like cherry or more like vanilla?
Your grip says you’re tough
but your eyes, they say gentle;
Unspoken feelings but louder than thunder,
with a sip of courage I show you my fire;
Opening a window to my affection
my tongue can’t compete with attraction;
I walk away but all I want is to stay;
My head explodes my heart spins,
take my hand walk through my door;
Just give me one night to explore;
You say my body gives me away,
you hear every word I don’t say.
