Bob

When the opportunity came to be an actor, you decided to grab it.
Everybody enjoyed your performance in 'Who framed Roger Rabbit'.
You did a good job in 'Super Mario Bros.' even though that movie flopped.
But that film's failure didn't discourage you, you still came out on top.

To become a star, hard work and talent was what it took.
You did a great job in 'Mermaids', 'Mona Lisa' and in 'Hook'.
The world became a more fortunate place when you were born in 1942.
You died at the age of seventy-one and people will never forget you.

(Dedicated to Bob Hoskins who died on April 29, 2014.)
