Blushed Cheeks
Midnight dreams rest tonight
as blurred eyes bend in the breeze
a tepid breeze bringing hints of hope
un-masked in semi-blushed cheeks
a simple smile relegating elegance
in a soft and pure subtle-side held
in reverence of a temulent night
it is there in the stroke of your hair
your lips graze brazenly upon mine
and for a moment we are not alone
