Blue Is Blue
Daisies will have to do
Dress her up in calico
And pass her out the window
By the stew
Nightmares on floor
Powdered dreams
And drums a thunder
Till the dogs begin to howl
She fell off of the roof
While howling at moon
Landed on a ladder
Nearly escaped certain death
But he was waiting at the bottom wrung
And took her for all she was worth
Tis’ a shame to watch the innocent
Die in such way
But someone has to go and someone has to stay
So be careful what you wish for cause the blues
Has no conscious
Blue is blue
And next time it might be you
