Blue

This self imposing blue enters 
my mind as a very convincing solid. 
Can it be more serious 
than what you suggest? 
I suppose so, because it feels 
like carrying a load of wet towels 
to the line for heat and lightness. 
I once figured that I am carrying 
it heavy inside my heart 
How funny that it is not a rock 
but a colour that wraps 
around my face and smothers me.

God heals depression, Martin. He's there for you whenever you are ready to lay it all at His feet and let Him carry your load. He will give you peace. Trust in Him . I will pray for you, too. When I am feeling down, what I do is turn my attention to someone else that is hurting and help and support that person. When we lighten someone else's load, we also lighten our own.
