You have written a witty and wonderful nonet, Daver. Can relate to the "jilted lady," but also to Crater Lake. My father took us there when we traveled cross country. Quite a marvelous site to behold! Love, Carolyn

Daver, how neat that the Blue contest inspired you. You should try it in that Tanka form! Hey, what happened with last line. I count only 7 syllables instead of 9. (if I am remembering nonet rules correctly). Just curious! Luv ya, Andrea

You have covered a lot of "blue territory" with this adorable poem!! Love each line.....and by the way...Crater Lake is just a few hours from us, and we love going there! Have been recently, in fact, no water could be bluer than that!! :)
