Blossom
The trees were full of blossom
surely an early sign of spring
fluffy white and candy pink
what a wonderful sight to be seen-
the grass it was so green and lush
as if God had swept it with a brush
just in view a mountain stood-so very far away
I think if I should visit it-it would take almost a day
a light breeze blew the blossom
like confetti raining down
the earth is full of wonder
so for each day be glad
for I smile as I wander
Amid God's creation it's too beautiful to be sad.
