Bloody Tears

The warmth of
the sun through
the window pane
heats my cold
body that shivered
through the nights
darkness. Horror
haunts me when
my eyes close
from haunting
memories of you.
My sheets are
of rose red
stemmed by
a heart
pumping it's excess
through bloody
tears as I
run from you
while I sleep.
I have made
my bed and lay
in it too as
the warm
waters down
my memories
of you.
