Bloodlines
Far from educations superstition
In the barren fields they planted their tyranny
Where the pagan made a cross of stars
In the green lands of their mysticism
Yet still by ancient tongue they have spoken
Be they a black tooth the rule of pontiff
And by tax and gold brought their destruction
And lay it on the bloody wrists of Jesus
Here they hammered sacrifice
Hard they tortured the thorns of Christ
And here by fat they stole the command
Broken heart to the inquisition's hand
Depart now your Isis and Diana
Succumb to this a worship of stone
To the virgin pray
For your sisters have no salvation
Dammed they say be Magdalene Eve
Such sinful opression shall walk with thee
Let shame beset and be thy burden
Never hence by our decree will you stand again in union
In barren lands they did sequester their tyranny
And hidden amongst you a scar so bitter in time
And by foul and twisted philosophy
Come with promise and redemptions prejudice
To break you from your bloodlines
Where once the pagan made a cross of stars
And by the heavens wrote their mysticism
To be humbled at the feet of woman
Life so tenderly given to raising up the son of man
