Notes About The Poem

Blood Colors and Tears

Blood Colors and Tears

Red roses in the dead of winter.
Hard to find,
a costly extravagance.

Cancer…

Changes the price of the moment,
and the very value of our
existence.

Stand strong friend. It is hard to watch. I have seen it far and close, but the victims of its passing...ripple out to all those around them... Hugs for your day. Bright flowers... Ann
