Blistering Fire

Ice blistering in the freezing fire Excuse the mass appeal Of sleazing through the gutters. Til now, we've walked a fine line Between tolerance and ignorance Glance my way, I'll look away Pretending to pray. Don't delay The time is approaching Crouching behind the bushes Behind every tree. I'll make it easy to forgive Let me live; Find my heart Before you tear it apart. Betrayed by the hands Of my one & only love My one and only friend I once called confidant.
