Unseeking Seeker Poet Rhyme

Bliss Energised Silence

Alone I am, as am, vibrant in solitude
Immune from the external
Fortitude now an ever present attitude 
Recorded in heart’s journal

Benign bliss burns burrow deep within
It is an unending pulsation
Each node has a heart welcoming me in
Delightful’s every sensation

Essence of presence invokes magnetism 
We tango dance in the rain
The light of Self ignites mind-body prism
Delusion is thus by love slain

That hospitalization disoriented me. Unseeking Seeker June 29, 2023 at 1:00 AM Try meditation, looking at children playing, sounds of birds, a walk in the forest, sitting by the seashore, melding with the sunset, humming a silent prayer, enlivening gratitude in the heart for being alive, here now
