Notes About The Poem

Blessings come in all shapes

There’s a point we reach in our life when we realize
the unequivocal truth that ‘less is more’.

We then understand the freedom
of less attachments, less commitments, less obligations,
and less of all that is not truly important to us.

That moment is truly liberating.
It's when we actually begin to follow our heart
and dismiss all that is trivial to us.

Sometimes the sun on the nape of our neck
is all we need to be perfectly happy.

I wholeheartedly agree. I'm sometimes surprised at what little things can bring me in terms of joy and contentment. Faving

Hello Line, "There’s a point we reach in our life when we realize the unequivocal truth that ‘less is more’." So true, unequivocally, just as you wrote. Sunlight in appreciation, sign of a life's devotion. -Richard
