Blessed Seven Days

Every day is a blessing from God,* a gift indeed that caters to my existence-need
especially on a Sunday when my heart worships Him midst Scriptural creed and deed...

To practice goodness on weekdays that start on a Monday with radiant glow
my mind is settled toward gracious and lovingkindness mentoring as a teacher on the go...

While strengthened on Tuesday for caring and sharing functional might
my faith is empowered to do best, conquering selfish greed and pride's height...

Driven to live joyfully on Wednesday upon temperance to overcome worry
my commitment for exuberant wellness vanquishes doubt-causing misery.

With the Lord's nurture for my Thursday's ministering gesture
my trust is anchored upon prayerful posture, propped by hope-braced stature.

Walking along paths of truth and right on Friday against challenges' terrain
my steps stay under divine providence for great commission's eternal gain...

Acknowledging the Saviour's presence not just on a Saturday, but every time
my fellowship with Him is vibrant, extending to others in His triumphant chime.

*Proverbs 10:22 The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.
