Blessed Bio
Secured first inside womb of gentle loving nest
Baby basked with life’s breath, having indeed blest
By Creator bestowing gracious growth zest…
That’s me in my first season inside protective family’s breast.
Then with delights of childhood and adolescence
Faith, mercy, hope posed meaningful influence
Beautified by Christ’s divine interference…
That’s me during my second season along teen-age iridescence.
Welcoming my adulthood are varied roles
As partner, mentor, helper in winning souls
Life-builder, values coach of achievement goals...
That’s me midst my third season with the Saviour’s enabling controls.
Surmounting midlife crisis with gracious glow
Onward to productiveness through blessings flow
While the Almighty in His wisdom does show…
That’s me grateful for my fourth season, optimizing mercy’s blow.
Now on my fifth season of moments vibrant
Endowed by God’s light, wondrously radiant
I'm blest, claiming for life that is jubilant
That’s His assurance that makes be triumphant.*
Joyful for each ministerial fulfillment
I'm fortified by the Lord's empowerment
To stay strong against battling impediment
Continuing in meaningful engagement.
*Psalm 92:4 For thou, LORD, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands.
