Blessed Being :

Blessed being is the artist
with colorful images
so easily painted
upon bare canvas

teaching us 
to view the world 
through beautiful eyes

Blessed being is the writer
with clever words 
so easily written
upon blank page

teaching us 
to view the world 
with great contemplation

Blessed being is the music maker
with magnificent notes
so easily composed
upon empty paper

teaching us 
to view the world 
with song in our heart

Blessed being is the gypsy
with kaleidoscope dreams
so easily accepted
upon weathered pillow

teaching us 
to view the world 
with tolerance and love

Blessed being is the wanderer
with great adventures
so easily inspired
upon natures arrival

teaching us 
to view the world 
with great aspiration

Blessed being is the vagabond
with humble surroundings
so easily comforted
upon a meager bed

teaching us 
to view the world 
with true compassion

Blessed being  is the misfit
with decrepit bones
so easily accepting
upon a simple handshake

teaching us
to view the world
with genuine sincerity 

and lastly

Blessed being is the child
with gift of wonder
so easily pleased
upon a starry night

teaching us
to view the world
with complete amazement
