Blessed Are Those Who Stand For Christ Unashamed
Blessed is the one unashamed to stand for Christ.
I’m not perfect, I’ll never be.
But repping Christ ain’t about perfection
It’s about running to the well of life,
To the one who is perfect,
Who is life.
He’s the one who gives life,
Who shapes broken vessels into his likeness.
So come – come with your voice,
Come with your gifts, your hands lifted high.
Come with songs of praise and shouts of Hallelujah
To the Lamb of God
The One who was, who is,
And who’s coming back in glory.
Honor him for who he is,
Not just for what he gives.
For the Maker of all things,
The Lord of heaven and earth,
Has the power to bless
When it fits his will and purpose for you.
So praise him for his righteousness!
Let his song be always on your lips.
Let your hands be raised in worship,
For he is the Lord your God,
And there is none like him.
Blessed is the one unashamed of him in this land of mortals
For when eternity dawns,
The Father will know him,
And reward him.
Blessed is the one who seeks his face
For they will see God.
Blessed is the merciful
For they will receive mercy.
Let every living thing bless you, O Lord,
The God of my fathers,
The God who is now my own.
Let all that has breath
Praise the Lord!
