Blahhhh

we moved around like
vagabonds
want to be gone
still and satisfied
with waves of change
a stellar strange

danced with exotic air
like our brains were dead
our hearts were there
a rythym not unlike a chain
of workers on the side of the road
blood pumping breathing the smells of
new and unique unknown

and something is gone
or out of place
like a star i named as a young girl
came back to find and say hello
but it was hiding deep in space
gone without a trace
erased

oddly comfortable
with this peculiar inversion
want to say but can't
exactly put on a finger
allowing this ambiguous twinge linger
apprehansive
meek and meager
eager
