Black Tears

When my heart beats It pumps black ink Flowing to my brain Effecting how I think I start to weep Black tears of rage A pool of darkness Soaking my page Your injected words Have filled my veins A heart colored black Covered with stains My life re-imagined With love energized The beat changes New blood supplied Color now returned My heart fully fed Now when I cry My tears will be red

When the cards of life are turned over, a surge, an urge of many can and does encompass our thoughts, emotions to reality. Especially when the cards turn from black to red. <*> I do enjoy writing dark poetry Richard. I also enjoy fantasy and many others and your right, I'm not a dark character. I simply love to let my mind wander, and it sure does at times. Thank you once again, James :)
