Black Stallion

On a black stallion
He came out of the sea
And on that black stallion
Came to rescue me
And as the moon
Floated across the sky
I watched him turn back the tide
Riding so high

Every girl needs her hero
Every girl needs her hero

From a black chariot
He beckoned to me
He promised freedom
And liberty
And as I watched
He parted the sea
And he did it for me

Every girl needs her hero
Every girl needs her hero

I think we all need a hero. Maybe girls more than boys. It's a good concept to think about :)
