Black Sheep
Some call them the black sheep,
you know those folk who venture forth,
down the roads that others fear to tread.
Ridicule and disdain is their lot in life;
though if not for them, the truly blind
would remain forever in slumber.
Black sheep sing a different tune;
their view is of an abstract world,
rarely noticed by the line-towers.
Unrestricted, often unrefined, societal outcasts,
black sheep are genuine adventurers;
sages with the capacity to awaken the world.
Courageous, daring, heroes;
often thrive on blind faith, not fear;
the dreamers who initiate doers.
Black sheep are the inspiration;
the creative edge that carves out the future;
the impetus sparking others imaginations.
