Black Ink

it starts,
a trail of nothing
but tar.

to my left,
it infects
tab,
shift,
control.

to my right,
disintegrate.

spreading its malice
home,
delete,
pause.

blocking my hindsight
and stopping me
from doing nothing
backspace,
return,

escape.
it ends.
