At 1974 Art Ist Chicago, they taught never use black, but Matisse taught me be example to use it. Black the color of all colors is as you say here and symbolically more. A great work.

Thank you Sally. I mostly paint in neons- yellows, greens, hot pinks. But black enters a key part in every one of my six hundred paintings.
