only shadows seen.
If you spot one
bad luck now
until
spring.
Pluck one
pure white hair
in all-black cat
without being scratched,
find great wealth and
good luck in
life and
love

A cute write Susan, but I think the black cats would have better luck plucking white hairs from my head, lol.

I never heard of a chipoo. When I lose Razzmatazz, I am thinking of looking around for a rag doll . I really want an affectionate cat next time. Is a chipoo affectionate generally? I am back with congrats for your win!

Chi-poos are dogs, part chihuahua and poodle. Thought she would be affectionate, hence the name Cuddles lol. She'll let me and my husband pick her up and she sleeps right in my side, but that's it. Can't hold her for long. Never had a cat but like being around them. Thank you for the congrats! I'm surprised, it was last minute. :)

dang, I don't think I ever saw a white hair on MY black cat. The poor dear has diabetes and I fear her days are numbered but she has been a treaure to have around. Good luck in the cat contest. It's great fun reading everyone's cat poetry.

Aww so sad when this happens. My Cuddles, a chi-poo, is 15 and having health problems. She still gets around but I know her days are numbered too. Some great cat poetry for sure. Thanks.
