Bitter Eyes
Have you ever gazed into someone who has bitter eyes…
In spite of all the good you do and with many tries..
They don’t choose to change how they look at the people around them everyday..
Leaving others feeling like there in the way…
Because all that does is discourages and causes pain…
For everyone who is trying to be a part and helping you again and again…
Show some love even if it’s just a smile every now and then..
And turn those bitter eyes away and let the friendly eyes back in…
Or live life alone and wonder why no one’s there when you rise..
All because a heart of pride and a pocketful of lies…
