Birthday Wisdom

The older we get, the more time is a wild river 
with nothing standing in its way ~ 

One solution for slowing time down is to
live it up during your whole birthday month ~

At our age, it's not wise to cram too much celebrating 
in just one day ~ we need to pace ourselves
