Birthday Messege

My heart marvels at the man i call dad
the man who taught me how to iron my first shirt
the man who loves me unconditionally
the man who is proud to call me daughter
the man who taught me to fend for myself
the man who taught me that nothing in life comes easy
that we get only which we deserve
but above all the most intelligent yet courteous man i have ever known
you will always be my idol. happy birthday Baaba
and i love you a little more than you love me
in your footsteps i will follow, but i intend to be better

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
