Birthday Loss
Happy Birthday to me
Without you being here
Just doesn’t sound right
Just doesn’t seem clear
How is it true
That Happy Birthday could be
Why would you think so
Without you here with me
It never was fancy
Elaborate or grand
But you made me feel special
With just a meal by your hand
Every year from now on
I can tell you what’s true
My one Birthday wish
Is one more Birthday with you
