Notes About The Poem

Listen to poem:

Birds of Costa Rica

birds of tropics
spread your wings
with divine grace
and vivid color

come to life
free your gleeful
cries of bounty
in lavish sea of
vibrant greens

closest thing
to paradise

I love this kind of bird. Think I wrote on it this year. Great description, Line.

I think that's a toucan in the picture... (Other than cardinals, robins, and crows, I can't identify too many birds)...What a lovely poem, Line. Releases pent-up yearnings. Thank you, Gershon
