Bipolar and me part 3
Bipolar is knocking at the door
Now I'm scared, he knows exactly what for
They changed my meds, the shakes are real
Now he's back to make a new deal
11 years taking those pills
11 years my mind stayed sealed
Every now and then he reared his head
But I cant let him in, he's not my friend
We made a deal long ago
One I wish I didn't owe
We promised to live side by side
As long as he promised not to take my mind
But you see his side he did not keep
He stopped me being able to sleep
He took away any chance of feeling happy
He took away me and that wasn't funny
The new meds I'm on have lowered the sound
Meadows with faries are now jumping around
The pills are designed to keep him quiet
But he's knocking at the door to cause a riot
Knock, knock, knock, he's still going
"I know your there, your shadows showing"
"Go away" I shout, "its not your time"
"I told you before, my mind will never be yours to find"
He doesn't like the new medication
It's effectively putting him into hibernation
I'll take the new pills to keep him away
But we both know he's here to stay
I put my music on loud when he's vering me to the edge
"Put your head in the wall", is what he said
But not today my friend, I will win
This battle we've had, should have been a sin
He makes me think I should open the door
Let him take it all, and leave what's left on the floor
Music on loud, now that thought's come through
Bipolar and me, forever its true
So here's the new deal we both have agreed
He can still come and visit me
I cannot stop him, but I will always fight
The battle will always be darkness or light
Iv asked you before don't take my mind
I will always make it hard for you to find
Bipolar and me forever in vow
Bipolar and me will have to make it somehow
The knocking has stopped, he's walking away
But he'll probably be back later today
Bipolar and me was meant to be
Bipolar and me, its the new battle..part three
Will it be him, or will it be me?
